Lalibela

On the eve of Easter, an icon depicting the Ethiopian Mother of God appears in a Ukrainian village. A young priest finds himself in conflict with his congregation, as the dark-skinned Virgin Mary does not inspire their trust. One night, someone sneaks into the church and desecrates the icon, after which it begins to weep myrrh.
