Synopsis

A Ukrainian girl trapped in a war zone is confronted with an unthinkable dilemma that will change her worldview forever.

This film is a creative reflection on the trans-generational trauma Ukrainians live through and how more and more younger generations are affected by it. Fairy tales have always said something true about the society we've been living in. It is the case of STAY. This short film is a metaphor for war and the ever-lasting trauma caused by it. Children are the first victims of it.
